1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

uubb reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage. If it is determined at any point that a player has provided false eligibility information — in particular a false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age requirement — uubb will immediately close the account, void all associated bets and casino outcomes, and confiscate any balance or bonus funds, whether withdrawn or pending. No exceptions will be made.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Creating Your Account

Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay withdrawals and result in account suspension pending re-verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your uubb account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. 5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

5.3 Deposit Currency

5.4 Deposit Processing

5.5 Player Funds

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by fully KYC-verified account holders. Accounts that have not yet completed the verification process will have withdrawal requests held pending document submission and approval. uubb strongly recommends completing KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when winnings are ready to be withdrawn.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a uubb account are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover" or "playthrough" conditions). Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full. Bets placed with real-money balance do not count toward bonus wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7.3 Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds. Existing players who attempt to register new accounts to access new-player promotions will be permanently banned from the Platform.

7.4 Minimum Odds Conditions

7.5 Bonus Expiry

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the uubb Platform are accepted subject to the sports-specific rules published within the Platform's Help and Rules section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for the market and event type selected. In the event of any conflict between a general rule and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule takes precedence.

8.2 Bet Acceptance

uubb reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to bets that appear to be placed in response to insider information, bets that would expose uubb to an unacceptable level of liability, or bets submitted at erroneous odds resulting from a pricing error. A bet is only confirmed when a bet confirmation reference number is displayed in the Platform. Verbal confirmations or screenshots of a bet slip prior to confirmation do not constitute an accepted wager.

8.3 Casino & Instant Games

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the uubb Platform — including but not limited to the uubb brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, icons, software interfaces, game assets, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of uubb or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online betting and gaming. 12 Limitation of Liability
